Cookies

Version 1.3, 21 October 2026.

Docabee uses a cookie so you stay signed in while you are using the page, and a short-lived cookie while you enter the WhatsApp sign-in code. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Name	Why it is there	How long
docabee_session	Keeps you signed in after your password and WhatsApp code are accepted	30 minutes after you last use the page, or until you close the browser
docabee_pending	Remembers that you are entering the WhatsApp sign-in code	10 minutes

The first time you open Docabee, a short notice says this and has one button to close it. Closing it is remembered in this browser. That memory is not another cookie. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will have to sign in again each time. The cookies are not used to follow you around other websites. Questions: info@peoplebuilding.co.uk.
