Certificates

You may upload training, safeguarding, first aid, CPR, Bribery Act, data protection and insurance certificates for the programmes you are on. A licence, retraining and a DBS check are recorded by the office, or as details you type. There is no upload for a DBS certificate.

Upload a genuine, readable file. Docabee may suggest an expiry date. Check it. The office can change a date. Do not upload client notes, child records, or a DBS certificate.

For NLP4Kids, online safeguarding or live safeguarding covers that requirement. You do not need both while one is in date. Adult safeguarding is the People Building course. One certificate is not shared across those different courses.

When you upload a replacement, the previous file is moved to the office archive. You can download your current in-date certificate. You cannot open someone else’s documents.
