DocabeeVersion 1.3, 21 October 2026.
Reminders are there to help. You are still responsible for the renewal if a message is late or does not arrive. A reminder does not extend a licence.

The office can change these timings. After the first reminder, email and WhatsApp continue until the item is brought up to date: monthly while more than a month is left, weekly in the last month, then every day once fewer than five days are left. You can ask for more time. That emails the office. It does not stop the reminders unless the date is changed.
If you are on the DBS Update Service, you are not reminded to get a new DBS every three years. You are asked once a year to confirm the subscription is still active.
Messages name the item and the date, and link back to Docabee. They do not include the certificate or DBS disclosure details. You can change the email address and mobile number used for reminders.
